With new ownership set to close within weeks we are looking for a candidate who is ready to work hard and dig in at every level with the retirement of our VP of Finance, leaving big shoes to fill.
To accomplish this, we are looking for a seasoned professional who is adept at anticipating financial and operational challenges and pivoting when needed to create opportunities for growth and success.
The ideal candidate will assist us in creating change in our approach while adding value to our work with the following skillset:
Finance Leadership - Experience with cash flow mgt, banking, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting - Personally managed monthly and year-end reporting/closing process (on time) - Managed local/state/federal government reporting including audits, and tax filings - Prepare financial reports for board and ownership review and discussions Controller Leadership - Analytically focused with strong Excel skills, including Excel reports/spreadsheets - Personally managed a small team w/ billing, AR/AP, cost/inventory accounting - Oversee weekly invoices and prepare prior week payroll for payments - A leader who can identify opportunities & analyze the impact on the business Core Characteristics - 7
yrs Financial leader from a Services and/or Manufacturing Co.
