Efficient in Excel, Microsoft Word & Outlook Data entry preparation and report submittals Candidate will work closely with senior management and well as CSR's Helping to keep them informed.
Provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, respond to phone calls, e-mails and communicate day to day with field staff.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, a friendly demeanor and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Willing to take on additional tasks as the needs arise.
Must possess a positive attitude and desire to be part of team that strives to work together to support the overall goal of meeting our clients requirements.
