Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and text chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive company image
Experience:
