- Transcribe documents and maintain organized files across three platforms.
Maintain Excel based platforms.
- Provide general office support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and text based messaging platforms.
Ensure ALL compliance data is received.
- Process deposits and final billing and manage files associated with the task - Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed by pulling customer files, ensuring simple compliance and, generate daily process sheets for operations and logistics.
Double check all information before sending to operations team.
Skills Must be able to answer the phone & book reservations, requires basic proficiency with Excel and Email communications.
Multitask with a calm demeanor with the ability to work with minimal supervision once trained.
Become a trusted and valuabke team member in a short period of time.
